The Viceroy is a custom Balandra home for Richard and Darlene Williams and their two children. Construction started the second week of January 2010 and we expect to have them in their new home in May, as long as the weather gods co-operate.  The project is called Viceroy on Springthorne Crescent in Richmond, BC.  Please return soon for construction updates!
