Details: Have you ever wanted to walk a live construction site and see how things are put together from the inside out? Balandra Development would like to invite you on this exclusive tour which will feature two high-end residential properties in the heart of Steveston. Led by Balandra Development Owner, Clive Alladin, you will have the rare opportunity to walk through a working construction site and ask the questions you’ve always wanted to. All guests will be equipped with a hard hat, copy of the floor plans and authentic construction refreshments including coffee and donuts. What to Bring: Just yourself! Balandra will provide hard hats during the tour, floor plans and refreshments.

Directions: If coming from Vancouver or central Richmond: Head South on No. 1 Rd; turn right on Richmond Street; look for balloons and Balandra Development signage on right-hand side of the street.

Balandra Homes now has a home! We've moved into a new office space right in the heart of historic Steveston Village in Richmond.  With the seaside pier and great coffee just around the corner our home owners who are in the building process with us will no doubt enjoy coming for a visit.
